Great blower. Doesn't burn my hair. Weighs a little more than I expected for a small blower but not enough to return it. Very tough and sturdy. Good brand. Keeping it!

I think this seems designed for the Professional because it is sleek, quiet and has a 103 inch cord which makes it longer than the usual home blow dryer. It is 1600 watts so it is strong. Although I really like it because it seems well made I don't think it is a miracle dryer. You still have to know what you are doing and use it like you would any other hair dryer. I am a former hair stylist so I know the tricks of the trade on how to blow-dry curly hair to a sleek smooth style. Just applying this without using other styling tools to your wet hair is not going to produce smooth sleek hair. I personally use it to take out the excess wetness and then I also use the Revlon Hair Dryer and Volumizer to give my hair the volume and smoothness. That tool is oval with bristles all the way around. So I use both alternating the ghd blower with a hand held brush near the front to give my roots lift and then using the Revlon volumizer like a big round brush from the roots to the ends getting a super sleek fullness. Hey, I'm a perfectionist with lots of experience and I get good results...So good luck!...For people having problems styling difficult hair get a professional stylist to show you how to do it yourself.
