The cages seem heavy duty and should work well for tomatoes (hence the 2 stars...if they weren't heavy duty, I'd give them 1 star). The paint job is pretty poor - not full coverage. I ordered 4 sets of 4 different colors

This is a great plant support. It is very sturdy and solid. I used it on my cherry tomato plant and it worked really well until the freeze shriveled and killed my tomato plant. I cannot wait again for next spring. I will use it to support my new tomato plant. Great height to it and perfect width. But right now, it makes a great Christmas tree. Who knew a plant cage can be so versatile?! I love that I can use this all year round. I highly recommend this.

This cage is excellent for supporting your garden plants. It stakes i to the ground easily, and your tomatoes can grow right up through and attach to the metal sides. This is a must have to support your plants. Must have!
