Ive only been using it a week now. Haven't weighed myself yet. But I do know that if you eat anything with a larger amount of fat, you will get an oily discharge.

I was extremely weary about trying Alli and did a great deal of research first. I read all about the bad side effects and the people who said it never really worked. I have been taking Alli for 3 weeks and I am down 10 pounds!!!! That to me is worth almost anything. The evil side effect rumors are very true. The first time I experienced the "evil orange oil" I was quite shocked at how hard it was to control. Since that first time, it has only happened one other time, and now I know that it was a pure reflection on the horrible food I ate that day. Now, I just stick to the "under 15 grams of fat" rule and I have not had any other blow outs. I do regularly have an orange, fatty discharge but it is only when I am already going to the bathroom, not in my underwear or anything. When I first started taking Alli, I was very gassy and felt bloated. After a few days, when my body got used to having the Alli in there, things straightened themselves out. If I do eat high fat content foods, my stomach becomes upset, sometimes uncomfortable, and the gassiness and bloating returns. I feel that the Alli makes me think twice about eating certain things and most of the time I decide against them. I do like that!!! I have also noticed that any type of dairy will give me a great deal more of the "evil orange oil". I now just consume very small amounts of dairy and it was a very easy change to make. Let me add that I do exercise. Nothing over the top, probably about 30-45 minutes of a cardio based workout 3 or 4 days a week. 10 pounds in 3 weeks was pretty easy. I am more regular now. I just feel better. I would recommend Alli to anyone who needs a little help losing weight. It is not a miracle pill. You have to put in a lot of effort to lose the weight; eat better foods, exercise, hold yourself accountable.

Alli is such a wonderful product. I lost 35 pounds in 9 months. Lost 9 inches around my waist, and went from a size 14 jeans to a size 10. I am in my 40's and it has been so hard to lose the weight but Alli helped me reach my goal weight. I have kept it off for over a year and now just use it when I eat something heavy.

When I tried this product I was doubtful it would work. it did. you need to follow the calorie guidelines but if you do, you will see results. Mine were more inches than weight but I was overjoyed. I tried so many products before this and they never worked. this did. I would definately recommend this to anyone.
