The quality of this glider is much better than I expected, and the price was incredibly low! I looked at similar chairs in furniture stores, but wasn't willing to pay $500+; some of those did NOT include the ottoman. The fabric cleans up well and resists pet hair:) It arrived quickly for pick-up at the store, and WalMart staff assembled it for me, too!!

I have a very bad back and found the recliner was not too good. This chair was easily assembled, and the gliding action is smoothe and just like rocling in a chair. I can sit in this chair for several hours in comfort and watch tv, etc. Looks great too.

Purchased a Shermag as it was recommended as a good brand in a few baby product books. So far, pretty happy with the chair and ottoman. For the price, this was a really good deal. Fabric seems durable, it is soft and the chair rocks nicely. There is no locking mechanism for the chair, if that is important to you. I can fit my son and the boppy on the chair nicely to breastfeed him. However, I am fairly small and have a narrow waist/hips, not sure if this would work for a larger person. The chair seemed to be of good quality when we were putting it together. Will have to wait a year or so to see how durable it really is..!

I looked over a few chairs on-line before picking this one and I'm happy with this chair. I mainly bought it because of the brand name and price. I don't want to be stuck with something that will be squeaking in a few months. The chair shipped fast, was easy to assemble and is comfortable. It looks very well-made and the micro-fiber type fabric is soft. The recline feature is a nice bonus, though you have to lift both arms to adjust the recline. Be aware of your fingers, as my husband pinched his index finger badly the first time he tried to recline. The chair seems tall, as I am 5'5 and my feet come off the ground while rocking. However, this makes it easy to get in and out of, so that's fine.

After looking at gliders at baby stores and not wanting to spend $800 on a chair that we'd only use for a couple of years total, we decided to try this glider. Shipping site to store was free and easy. The chair is very comfortable, the arms are padded and the three reclining positions are awesome! The first position is way too erect for my comfort but the second and third positions are so comfy! The chair looks very nice (and pricey). We're so happy with this purchase!
