Great taste...not overly sweet. It does seem to effect blood glucose, just not by much. It seems expensive, until the number of water bottles worth you get, (over 20).

I was pre-diabetic but I loved my sweets. After I started this I my sugar levels improved. My only disappointment is that I cant seem to get it anymore and peach was my favorite.
