GNC Mega Men Multivitamin Caplets, For Immune Support and Clinically Proven to Feel Better, Energy Support, Antioxidants, B Vitamins, Vitamin D-3, Timed Release, 180 Count

I've been taking Mega Men for years because it has a lot more to offer than your typical store bought multivitamin for men. Only thing I find hilarious is the smell when you open the bottle! Phew it stinks and no clue why. Thought maybe it was the vitamins themselves, but when I take 2 out to take, they don't smell all that bad. Maybe all the vitamins packed together makes that pungent smell?

I am a 61 year old male who was on this supplement for 20 days. I initially took 2 caplets to start and couldn't sleep well that evening. I then cut back to one pill daily, and noticed extreme side effects that only got worse as time progressed. Major fatigue, body aches and the worst: LOWER ABDOMINAL CRAMPING!!! I thought I had to see my doctor as the cramps and bloating were extremely severe. When I stopped taking this supplement, I immediately felt better! Day 3 now off of this supplement, and my lower left side abdominal cramps are completely gone along with no bloated feeling. Also my body aches have all but disapeared. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!

I really don't know much about multivitamins, but I know that since I started talking these a little over a year ago I haven't been sick at all. I can't say that about the previous ones. Two pills a day is also much better than the four I had to take before. These multivitamins work for me at a great price. I'll stick with them!

It is tough review a multivitamin in my mind. I don't feel too much different since I have started taking this vitamins except, I do feel a little more energetic in the mornings. Not as groggy. Which is a HUGE backing for my rating. My only "con" would be you have to take 2 decent-sized pills daily vs my last vitamins which was 1 pill daily.

Started taking this when I noticed as I was getting older, it was harder to get outta bed in the morning. Still tired. Still groggy. Slow crawl out of bed and slow zombie walk to the bathroom to get cleaned up. After I started this product? NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE. I literally spring outa bed in the morning, ready to face the world. I assure you, you will notice a difference. More energy and getting outta bed in the morning is no longer that difficult. I take one (directions say to take two but I don't because I noticed in between my fingers started to break out) every night with food before bed. And wake up EASILY in the morning.
