I ordered the GNC MULTIVITAMIN + FOCUS, Complete Multivitamin and Multimineral Plus Brain Health Benefits because I needed a more effective way to focus at work than coffee. I took the entire bottle as directed before doing this review. I have seen no obvious signs that this vitamin helps with focus or anything else. If nothing else, it has replaced my multivitamin for a bit, but it's not really worth the money so I don't think I will order it again.
I have noticed that is gives alot of energy so you may want to take one tablet in the morning & one in the evening. The longer I take it I notice that it is helping some with my focus. It does make my urine bright green though. So don't be surprised. I think the longer I take it the better I will feel.
I received the GNC MULTIVITAMIN PLUS FOCUS, Complete Multivitamin and Multimineral Plus Brain Health Benefits. For the last two weeks, I've been taking the recommended daily dose of two tablets, and I've noticed more mental alertness and energy. The 100mg of natural caffeine is for mental sharpness and energy. It also has vitamin C, D3, and Zinc to support immune health.
I recently received the GNC Multivitamin Plus Focus. There are 120 tablets in the bottle and they are to be taken as 2 tablets a day for a total 60 day supply. A good physical feature of these tablets is that they are not as large as some multivitamins I have taken in the past. They really did not have a noticeable scent or taste. They do pack a punch. I have noticed my mind and body dragging by mid-day recently. After taking these for about 10 days now, I am not having that problem. I am much more focused and have a bit more energy. I did go down to taking only one tablet after the second day as I had trouble falling asleep even taking them in the morning. I also went down to one because my urine was neon yellow later on the first day and continued to be the second day. From my understanding, that is an indication that you are taking more than your body needs. While it won't do any harm, I am of the mind of only taking what is needed. Please consult with your doctor on what they recommend you need. My doctor was fine with cutting down to one tablet and seeing how I felt. Especially since these vitamins are packed with good things.
These have multiple benefits. They are small and easy to swallow without a bad taste. They have caffeine and quite a bit! 100mg per 2 tablets. I'm dieting so really trying to avoid coffee because I need creamer and no sodas either. So since I need caffeine in the morning I actually remember to take my vitamins. I was always forgetting. These definitely put a pep in my step. Been taking these for about a week now. I don't know about mental sharpness really its probably just the caffeine. I will continue to buy these. I'm quite happy with them. Take 2 tablets in the morning!
