I finally had an opportunity to test my GZ LI400 two weekends ago on a yurt trip with my wife. I am running a Resmed Airsense 10. When camping, I always run my CPAP with my hose heat set to "off" and my humidity set to "off". Additionally, I purchased the DC-to-DC converter that Resmed puts out for the Airsense 10. Finally, I run my CPAP with a ramp and pressure setting of "4" while my machine has a max pressure setting of "12" (I typically average somewhere between 10 and 11). After the first night, I was shocked to see that I had only consumed 14% of my capacity. My GZ was still reading 86%!! After the second night, I woke up to an astonishing 71% capacity. So after two full nights of rest (>= 8 hrs each), I still had roughtly 70% capacity left on my GZ. My mind was blown. This is the solution I have been looking for.

I have literally bought about $10k in Goal Zero products in the past three years and have had pretty good success. The only product I've had problems with is the Escape 150. I had bought two of these and had problems with both of them. The problem I had was that the batteries would drain down in five days without any draw on them. I called Goal Zero but could not get any support to replace them. At the time, these units were less than 6 months old. Goal Zero has a real problem with this produce and would not make it right with me, even though I have bought 6 Yeti 1250's, dozens of Boulder 15's and 30's, two Yeti 400's, 20 Light a Life's, and ton's of other smaller products.

I bought this for my CPAP when camping. I was able to get a weekend out of the Yeti 400, which is awesome. I do not sleep well without my CPAP.

I bought the yeti 400 and 2 boulder 30 briefcase panels. I work outdoors a lot especially over the summer. I bring anything I can to occupy my time while working and this was the best investment that I have made. I have searched for a long time for a way to collect, store and use power as I needed to. I also use my gear when I go camping which makes it great to watch movies, have a fan and other amenities available to me. Thanks so much goal zero for making such a great product.

Brought this on a five day camping trip. Charged tablets and phones for the whole ten-person group multiple times over. Ran Light-A-Life lanterns in the tent and the eating area and even recharged a battery on the boat with it. When the trip was over the Yeti still had 30% battery. I have no doubt that this was a perfect purchase for how it will be used
