Gold's Gym Folding Upper & Lower Body Cycle with Monitor

This is a sturdy, compact piece of exercise equipment. It is very reasonably priced. My criticisms are that the straps for your feet are too small if wearing tennis shoes so we had to just cut them off and the unit sits low so my heels hit the ground and I have to place my feet higher on the pedals than ideal. Im still happy with the purchase considering the price. It arrived quickly and has a basic timer which is nice to have.

I purchase this for my dad after he came home from being in the hospital for 3 weeks fighting the RORNA. He was very weak and we wanted him to get back his strength ( he is 81!) He gets up every morning with this right by his bed- and starts to exercise. This has helped in many ways. Very light and very easy to use. Great little machine for someone who for now, is unable to move around like he is accustomed. Update: My dad is back to his morning walks! GOD IS GREAT!

For my purposes, this is perfect. I'm 81 and beginning to have problems with stiff,sore muscles in my legs. And I have lung damage from a heart medication I had to take for two years. After a very active lifestyle I can no longer be very active. I felt that an exercise like this could be done by me sitting down and beginning slowly with 5 minutes at a time. I looked at several heavier,more expensive cycles but this one caught my eye as it is light weight, inexpensive and got very good reviews. I looked at something similar on another site and found that it was twice as expensive. It was very easy to set up, I've used it twice now and am very pleased. Thanks Walmart.

This is GREAT AND STURDY. This is my 3rd Body cycle. The 1st two I purchase through those cheap catalogs you get in the mail. Each one broke a after a couple of uses as the petals were made of plastic, and of course they broke on each one. As they say you get what you pay for, well I purchase them for $39.99 each and they were a piece of junk. I was visiting a friend of mine and she had the Gold's Gym Cycle and I tried it.. I had mine now for several weeks and go to town on it daily up to 45 mins now. I can comfortably petal and read or watch TV. I and handicap and can barely walk as I use a motor scooter and walker. I started to get lots of leg cramps from not able to walk due to lung and spine problems. So now since I have been using this, Wa-La, no more pain in my leg muscles. Thank You Walmart for having this good quality at such a low price...Only thing on this made of plastic is the timer, and pressure knob and if that breaks which I do not think it will, well I will still be able to Cycle Myself to Nowhere Land.. Love it....

It's not some wonderful exercise bike. It's just a little thing that sits on the floor, and you pedal. The resistance is non-existent, but you're paying relatively nothing. those that say it gives them a cardio workout, I'm a little worried about. I kind of forgot I was even doing it, so, no cardio what-so-ever!! Bottom line is, it does what I need it to do, and that's work my knee. I paid $24.99, I didn't really expect much.
