If you ae not handy, the assembly of this product will be very difficult for you. The instructions say you need two people but for step one just turn the body of the product upside down on top of a pillow or couch and you can put the stabelizers on without the second person. It's a little more tricky for the arm assembly but I used duct tape to hold the parts stable until I could put in the bolts. Once it's together, the eliptical works beautifully. It's quiet, has a nice digital display. However, if you haven't done this type of exercise before, start SLOW. You will find out that here are muscles in your legs you didn't know existed. Great cardio workout.

Pretty easy to put together with the exception of the wiring. Also screen stopped working about 2 weeks in.

The reviews were correct on this machine, It's a great machine compared to all the others out there for the price. The stride feels nature not jerky like some out there. Love this machine!

Great product for the money! A little noisy but seems pretty sturdy - the test of time & use will only tell. The screen is pretty basic & it does only have 8 fitness levels but I am good with that - like I said great product for the money! Loved that it has short strides as I am only 5' ft :)

When i got this item in the mail it was busted in two spots on the plastic frame. After it was used about 5 times the pedal started falling off the rear wheel and would not stay on. I had to return this item. Dont think i want another.
