Gold's Gym Inversion Table

I did a lot of research and found this to be the biggest bang for the buck and I am SOOOOOO happy I went with this one (sure wish I had done it long ago) I was purchasing this for my husband but I am the one using it all the time. It was pretty easy to put together with the help of a friend, about an hour. I am 5' and my husband is 5'8" it fits both of us just fine. After a few times of trial and error we discovered that if you set it for 2" taller than the person using it, you can pull yourself back up without any problems. Otherwise, do not attempt to use it alone (until you are very familiar with it) as neither of us could pull ourselves back to the upright position. I also suggest that as you lower yourself back you do it slowly and stop once or twice on the way. Do this again when coming back to the upright position. The other important thing is to adjust the chain so when learning how to use it properly you are not just flipping directly upside down as your back should never be off the board (I learned that the hard way and call it the bat-hang) Adjusting the chain and board height is really simple. This is a very solid piece of equpiment and would recommend it to others. I really feel you need to play with it for a bit to figure out what works best for you and get comfortable with how it works. Then enjoy the rewards of no more pain !!! YeeHaa......

Tried to get my kids to put it together but they had just finished an eliptical that took weeks because they had to return some of the parts. I finally tackled it myself. Took my time. It took about an hour and a half. No parts left, so I think I got it right. Did it all by myself. Made one adjustment after completion, no problemo. Got on it, didn't want to get off. Wish I'd bought one years ago. The construction is very safe and the apparatus is easy to use. My family says I've turned into a vampire, every time they see me I'm hanging upside down. Back hasn't felt this good in years! Am looking at other Gold's Gym products because this one is simple to use and very well made. Cost a little bit more than the least expensive one, but easily money well spent.

I bought the Gold's Gym Inversion Table to help reduce my overall back pain from long days of driving and overall stress. I used the Site to Store option and received delivery sooner than expected. The inversion table works great once you set the system up properly. All nuts and bolts were nicely packaged with descriptions and the overall construction is sound. I had no problem assembling the unit in the room of use by myself. The only thing you need to be aware of for all inversion tables is that the pivot and height settings will vary pertaining to your body. Remember the sea saw on the playground at school. Well, you need to adjust the settings so that your rear is the pivot point. Once adjusted properly, the table will work without any problems. Again, everyone is different in weight and height regardless of directions that you may receive. It may take you a few tries to get it right so make sure you have a spotter in the room to get you out of the "Bat Man" situation. I admit I was hard headed and tried to adjust the system by myself. OK, got stuck upside down and after laughing for 15 minutes at my stupidity decided that I needed to take drastic actions to get out of the thing. No worries, you can get out of it, just not gracefully. Overall an excellent value, sturdy product, easy to assemble, and works for my back.

This is the second inversion table that we have purchased. The first was over a TV advert and was as it claimed, but more expensive, more trouble assembling, and not nearly as sturdy. Neither did it fold. This table is great and I would recommend it to anyone.

Six months ago I had a work related injury I was seen by a Orthopedic , a Neurologist and a Chiropractor whom by the way helped me the most out of all three of them. I had a MRI taken and it showed i had damage to my Cervical and Lumbosacral spine the pain was so intense I couldnt sleep at night couldnt stand or sit long or walk far. After doing some research I purchased this Inveresion table and it turned out to be one of the best things I could have ever done in my life. It is the same thing as Spinal decompression It stretches out your spine and you can actually feel all your discs popping back in place. Its a great product. Drs really dont tell you about these things. All they give you is drugs and pain meds that destroy your stomach. I have 2 herniated discs one in central C4-5 and other in lumbosacral spine L4-5 plus all bulging discs This table has given me more satisfaction than any thing else im able to sleep at night and am able to resume my normal activities All you have to do is set it up and adjust it to your height and go back and forth very slow on it It has a chain to adjust how far back you can make it go. ive had it so far about 2 weeks and I love it Its a good sturdy table too compared to the other ones I saw. Just make sure you follow the directions when assembling it .Good Luck
