Gold's Gym Weighted Fitness Hoop

Love it!!!! Great for beginners! The right size, weight and enough padding, easy on your sides and tummy! The only thing I don't like about the product is that it does not have a travel case so that when you travel you can easily take it with you! Other than that it is a great product for the price!

Easily put together , durable and great value for the price. Can't tell if it's help taking any weight off yet but it feels good as I'm exercising with it the results are sure to follow!

This is an awesome change in routine from running or the gym! Takes a couple of days and sessions for the body to remember how to hula-hoop, then add the fact that it is a weighted hoop, and wow! You have an alternative work-out at your reach. Turn on some groovy tunes, and the sweat comes easy - all without having to leave you home! Easy to assemble, and the instuctional DVD was a most helpful in creating an easy workout format. I would highly recommend it!

I've been searching for something to work my waist-line a bit more and remembered having a hula hoop when I was a child. After researching, I came across the Golds Gym Fitness Hoop that was weighted. The weighted hoop works the waist much better than a childs hoop or a hoop that is not weighted. Just put on a CD, and hoop to the music. It was very easy to put together and also included suggestive ways to use the equipment. Since using the hoop, I can tell that my core is harder and my waist is getting smaller.

This is an easy to assemble product, weighted enough to give your body a great workout in a fun way, that comes with a DVD to help you get your workout started! It's really a lot of fun. Even with the shipping charges, it was less expensive than buying it from either of my local sports/workout equipment stores. I am really happy with and excited about this product! Would I recommend it to my friends? I would and I have!
