This is my 4th time purchasing a set of these tires. I have a lot of highway miles and this tire is very durable and comfortable. A bit loud when travelling at high speeds, but who doesnt like a little rumble.
Tires last a long time with all terrain tread. I could have bought a cheaper brand but would not risk that what I know about these tires. I easily know that I will get several years out of wrangler ATS P26570R17. Most places won't repair a tire after 6-8 years. Yes I get this long on these tires. I actually had the last two replace in January 2024 and they were purchased previously in 2008. They were the rear tires for a 2004 Tahoe and had a minimum of 80,000 miles and the tires still had plenty of tread left. I chose to replace once I started losing air and was a little afraid the tires were beginning to fail and could possibly blow out. I could have gone longer. Hahahahaha!!!
Tire is fine. Install team at Walmart didn't know how to install so I took it somewhere else. Didn't have right size socket for lug nuts. Had a metric socket only and it was SAE. Said because if chrome they might round the lug nuts and “policy” wouldn't let even try it. Absolute stupidity at its finest. Can't even loosen a lug nut.
Replaced these with same type as I had before, which went 75K miles with still tread on them but glad I replaced, as rubber was probably getting harder and could immediately tell with new ones they gripped and sound much quieter than old ones. I will continue to use these as I don't need heavy duty tires, these do fine for all road conditions and light off roading and standard pickup truck weight stuff.
It's not the tire, but the seller that would not even contact me about my return request. I decided to choose a different path and this company failed to process the return that was requested by Walmart tire just ignored both Walmart and Personal emails
