[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well for having a hard time falling asleep or having a headache or even worse both of those combined. I wish the ingredients were more natural but maybe it wouldn't work as well then, I'm not sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally do not like powder medicine. It does not taste good at all. I would say it does work and it works very fast. It is faster than capsules or pills. Has to be mixed with water so pills would be easier to do.

Would be better if the powder was in sealed packets that you could tear open to make it a little more convenient, but it does stir into water quickly and easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used a powder pain reliever before but knew it was supposed to work faster than tablets so I decided to give it a try. The pros: 1) it truly was fast acting. I was asleep within 30 minutes of taking. 2) My muscle aches were relieved allowing for a more restful sleep. 3) I did not feel groggy the next morning but woke up feeling refreshed. The Cons: 1) The taste is disgusting. I mixed it into flavored water but still couldn't mask the taste. Overall, I will take this when I really need it, but it will not be my go to because I can't get past it the taste.
