We havent had many circumstances since getting the indoor cam where we'd need it to notify us, but during one of them it didnt register someone walking around on their phone in plain sight. It also registers it switching from night vision to day vision as a movement. Other than that it has way more options than anticipated, it is very small and sleek (no one has noticed it). I have had my Nest Camera for a few days and I love it! It was a pretty easy installation. It took a few attempts for my camera to link to my WiFi but it only took a few minutes more. I live in a condo so I got it for that and so I can check in on my dog. The quality is sharp and I really like the activity zone alerts. I recommend this product.

Wanted to look at home security and decided upon an internal camera as a first step so as to understand what, if any benefits. Researched the various options and decided upon this Nest product after reading through the various reviews on the Amazon website. Really pleased with the quality and look of the product when it arrived and very simple to set up on the mobiles for my wife and I.

I have had Nest Cam in my home now for several years and now have 4 indoor and one outdoor camera installed. The cameras and app have been reliable with the odd glitch, but Nest customer support is always there and helpful if there are issues. I have an epileptic dog at home who has grand mal seizures, so having 24/7 streaming and playback provides the comfort I need when leaving him alone.

We got our first Nest cam for our front entrance where our dog was chewing our molding. We wanted notifications if he was in that area while we were working. It worked perfectly and if we saw him chewing we could talk to him. Eased his anxiety. Next we bought one for our new baby. WiFi baby monitors are the same price or more expensive in some cases. We got Nest on sale so it was a no brainer
