GoPro - Fetch Dog Harness

Like almost every other review you will find online says, the securing straps are utterly useless. If your dog is lethargic and doesn't run, you might be OK. For anyone else, the saddle and chest mounting plates are good, the only real option is to buy a tac style harness with molle webbing and use zip ties to attach the saddle and chest mount. Doing so will provide a solid rig that won't slip sideways.

Like all other reviews you'll find online, the straps for this harness are utterly useless. Unless your dog is lethargic or you're using it for lead walks, the camera will flop sideways. The saddle and chest mount are well made and work well. The only viable option is buying a tac vest with molle webbing (or similar), cutting off the straps and attaching with zip ties. Doing this makes the Fetch mounts fit for purpose.

I don't know how people use it. Maybw is this thing for a small dog that isnt active?? I have a malinois that loves to swim, also a hyper dog so she move ALOT! For the 3th time i give it a try again, but it makes no way better if i make it more tight or a bit loose. My dog jump into the water and swim, she swim back to me and harnass almost moves off her butt.. Kind of funny you think… NO! almost lost it… Again.. So i don't recommend this harnas if you have a medium size and a very active dog! The change you lost it if your dog go to swim is 80%… I wondering when GOpro design a better quality for the active dogs.. For now, its too bad but i have to make my own GOpro harnas. I saw a video online so i give it a try. .

Maybe is because of the type of dog, I have a GSD and the harness fits just fine. Maybe it takes some time to adjust it so that the dog won't fight but my dog took it fine. It could take some improvement my main complaint is that I can not put a leash on it and if I could it would not work given the fact that is elastic. For that price GOPRO should make better

bad design elastic straps, no hook for option to keep your dog tethered to a lead. I mean dog harnesses exist already, good ones, so why go pro cant make a decent harness is beyond me, or just make an attachment kit to go ontoo a pre existing harness, what a let down an over priced too
