The texture is smooth and the flavor is mild. I love it with veggies or on toast! Just the best if you like mild flavor with without any heat!
Was not what I was expecting. Did not have a queso flavor. I didn't care for it as I dip but used it in a recipe and it turned out good!
Not like what you get at your home town Mexican restaurant but still okay. Needs more of a cheese flavor
Hard for me to NOT like queso. With that said, this stuff has an “off” taste to it. It tastes like the factor it came from. Like when you open the box to a new pair of shoes but without the joy. Also, when heated it becomes very thin and watery. Most cheese is great because it’s thick and gooey. This isn’t that.
Really bland. Really just acts as a vehicle for other flavors. Imagine eating a white american single of cheese. It is just that, and that alone. It is way overpriced for what it is. I can't speak of its accuracy or not, but it is moot. Accuracy does not mean good. If you buy this, I hope you have plans for its use. Not recommended as a solo bit of dip.
