iLIVE IBR2807DPP Player Dock / Radio Boombox

This is a very nice item but it says works with most ipods including touch. But when you read the manual fully it does not charge the ipod like it stated. o its nice to listen off but WILL NOT CHARGE NOT A CHARGING STATION. The charging option is a wall unit that will charge it I could of just bought that and been done.

I bought this radio almost a year ago and it is still running great for a little booger. I wanted something for my Nano that I could pop it right into and move it around real easily. It works great for my 2nd Generation iPod but I'm not sure if it works on the newer iPods though, something you would want to look into. I was not expecting the sound to be so good for such a small radio, my whole family was impressed and my brother borrowed it all the time. The handle makes it super easy to carry it in one hand, which is awesome for when you are on the go. You have the choice of using batteries or plugging it into an outlet. I personally choose to use the cord instead of the batteries because it needs 8 C batteries and I didn't want to pay for all those batteries all the time. But still, it's great if you don't mind all the batteries. Radio reception is not that good. You have to use the antenna and then find the perfect spot for it but it also depends on how strong the signal is coming in, and it might just be where I live. If you want something inexpensive and portable, this is for you.

I originally ordered this product to use in my classroom to play appropriate music for my students while they were working. It sounded great inside the classroom. I decided to try it outside during cheerleading practice to run through routines and it is louder than our radio/boombox. This little Ilive is small enough that I transport it each day with my teacher items and a small child, but it is powerful. The color is really attractive and I couldn't be more pleased. It even has attachments to make sure each version of the ipod fits securely. I love it.

This was bought for my 8 year old daughter. She is able to use it with her new 4th generation iPod nano. The color matches perfectly. It is easy to operate and sounds pretty good considering the price. The only problem we had was figuring out which bracket to use to fit her iPod. The engraved numbers on the brackets are tiny and nearly impossible to read. Overall this is a bargain.

This little boom box is really great. My daughter just loves it. You can put your ipod in and watch any music video or movie on the ipod on a tv which the box connects to. (own connect cord needed). Excellent sound also. Just the right size and the clock really lights up at night in order to see better.
