Graco Comfortsport Car Seat, Durango

We bought this seat for my son after he outgrew his infant seat and rear faced him for as long as his weight permitted. It's a really nice seat and fits good in my vehicle. The cushion is nice and my son seems to really like it. It wasn't expensive which is what my husband and I liked about it but still had the quality of an expensive seat. My son is 20 months old now and 28 pounds, 34 inches long and still fits comfortably in the seat. The only thing I don't like about it is the straps get uneven sometimes when you loosen them and then go to pull them tight again but other than that its a great seat. I would definately recommend it to other moms & dads.

I ordered this seat for my son who's 2. I just got it today and have it all set up and buckled in. First off, it's really cute and I love the pattern! Plus it looks super comfy and he LOVES it. I had a hard time getting him out of it long enough to install it. That said, I was a little disappointed in that it seems rather small for him. I read the reviews, and maybe he's just real tall, but from what I read it seemed like it should fit him longer. It's on the top strap and second crotch latch and fits him fine now, but I can foresee needing to purchase something larger down the road. This isn't a huge concern as my other little one can use it if/when he grows too large but I was hoping to make it last a couple years for him. We'll see! Over all though it is an adorable seat, very plush looking and fits great in my car. It's very secure and I feel that he'll be safe.

I purchased two, one for each grandbaby before they were born. Finding a good carseat for infants to Toddlers and fit Ford F150 rear seats was a challenge. In addition, finding lighter colors that won't hold the intense heat here in the Desert made the challenge of finding the perfect carseat even more challenging. The Graco Comfortsport (Durango) fit all our needs and now buying a 3rd one for Grandma's Truck. We had them both professionally installed by Carseat Certified Techs and were complimented on the purchase of selecting the perfect carseat for our babies and our vehicles. The only thing we didn't care for was when the babies were infants, their heads would drop forward a bit, but at 3-4mos they were sitting in it more properly and had no problems. We've been using them for 9 months on a daily basis and hopefully will get to use them for another year or two.

We purchased this seat for the back seat of our truck and it has been great. It's not a top of the line seat, but for the price, it has served its purpose. For the reviewers that have complained about their babies heads not being supported, that can easily be fixed by purchasing a head support. And for the reviewer who complained about having to use collared shirts, just purchase the little pads that go over the straps. We're pleased enough with this seat that we're going to buy one for our other daughter as well. Of course, these are not our primary seats - we have Cosco Alpha Omega Elites for that - and we love those seats as well. But this is a good seat if you don't have much room or need it as a second car seat.

I bought this seat today and really like it. Its a great value. It was easy to install but a little more difficult than my other WAY more expensive seat that we have. Other people have complained that their child's head flops around,but I don't have that issue. I had to use a couple of thin pool noodles to get the proper recline, so maybe they haven't instaleed it properly. My son seems very comfortable in it and it fits great in my small toyota corolla. Also, people have mentioned that the straps cut into their child's neck, but the easy solution is to buy some cheap strap covers and that totally resolved the issue. My son is safe and secure and its great value compared to some other much more expensive seats. Highly recommend it.
