Graco - Comfortsport Convertible Car Sea

We bought this 2 months ago for our then 8 month old-- It was good- she fit in there nicely then. Now, she is almost 11 months and 23 pounds, and is getting too big for it. The straps don't tighten evenly, they are very frustrating. It only has 3 slots for the shoulder straps- we are on the top one and I am thinking she will not fit in this thing til the 40lb weight FF limit. I am returning it this weekend for something better. For smaller kids, it might be fine, but she is long and taller than kids her age-- (daddy is tall). so for $100, I am not satisfied with this-- just my opinion...

My daughter loves her care seat I really like the fact that it has the head support thing so when she falls asleep it helps to keep her head up and not fall over like it would with a car seat without a head support in it... It is easy to put in and it is very pretty it is actually prettier than what the picture shows it to be...

First my daughter is small for her age but yet for some reason I have to have the straps in the highest slot so they are above her shoulders and she is only a little over a year. Second the back pillow always slides down so when I put her in I have to remember to lift the pillow or the straps will not tighten correctly. My last complaint is that the chest lock is to narrow so it cuts into her neck when I tighten it. I have purchased thin covers to put over the straps so I am no longer cutting into her skin while tightening the straps. I purchased this as a replacement for a Graco Comfortsport that had been in an accident. I have had the Comfortsport for a couple of years and was very happy with it so decided to stick with it again this time. Compared to the Britax, it's much more affordable and also provides excellent safety for the little ones. I decided on this design for my daughter and love it! It's way cuter than the similar model at Target and I'm happy with my choice. The colors are vivid and the seat is so plush! My daughter loves it and looks cute too!

I did a lot of research on car seats because I bought a horrbile seat for my son. When it was time to find one for my daughter I was going to make sure it was a good one. This seat is great. It is really comfortable (or seems to be anyway), and has the latch system which I love. I also love that it comes with the cup holder. I wish it reclined more for the rear facing and I wish the backing was sewed into the carseat. It moves around when I put her in and out of the seat. Other than those two things everything else is great.
