Graco Connext Backless Booster With Latc

Pros: -Solid LATCH, not the flawed design of the more expensive Graco one-hand LATCH system. -Reasonably well padded cover, "comfortable seat" according to my 6yr, 43lbs son; easy to clean -Light - substantially lighter than the competition -Price. 2x cheaper then the closest competitor, ~5x cheaper than the leading brand Cons: -3 point protection (considering proper install and proper size for the kid). No side-impact protection. I'm using it only for short trips in town in someone-else's car - neighbor picking up the kids from school, soccer practice, sleepovers etc - when the speed does not exceed ~35-40 mph. Will not recommend for primary car/highway -No frills - no cup holder, adjustable arm rest etc . For short trips it does not matter. -Hard to find -WM only, most stores in the area were sold out. Bottom line: No-brainier for a spare booster to toss around. D***no backless booster is probably a better product but at many times the price, and is heavier. Get one.

This backless booster with latch is excellent for kids 40 lbs. to 100 lbs. It works well and is secure. I highly recommend it for your children. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 10.

This is a great extra booster to have. It easily fits between our other 2 car seats and is great if you have an extra toddler riding along. It is also nice to have because it easily transfer to daddy's or grandparents car.

VERY COMFY FOR MY KID AND EASY TO INSTALL

Our first Connext booster with LATCH replaced a car seat used in a minivan. The Connext worked great and didn't slide around or flip over during entry/exit like the non-LATCH booster used in our other car, a sedan. The height of the minivan seat off the ground and a wide door opening coupled with a "flippable" booster was a concern. We liked the first Connext so much we got a second one for the other car.
