Graco Glider Petite Swing Sonoma

I bought this swing about a week after my daughter was born. It was working fine, but after a month it stopped working. Oh called to get a replacement motor and it was never delivered due to a wrong address(I gave the right address but the delivery guy didn't know what letters Trlr stood for)but after giving them a call and a new address I have received the motor. I am putting the swing together today, I hope it works just fine.

I loved this swing when we got it as a gift! It was working great for the first few weeks and then it would suddenly not work! We changed the batteries thinking that was it; nope. It would swing very very very very slowly with or without our son in it...and he definitely did not exceed the weight limit. We stopped using it before he even grew out of it because it would not work.

This item was also a gift. The swing doesn't swing anymore and it's not even 3mobths old. I too just put new batteries in! No go.

i got this soother swing and had my daughter not even two weeks ago and she has only been in this 3 times no longer than 15 / 20 mins each time . i went to turn on the music to see if she would like it and it sounds like a dying animal. all screechy and loud. The swing itself needs a "push" here and there to keep moving and my daughter is only pushing 7 lbs. The motor is completely shot its definitely not the batteries. i would never go and buy this again , i dont even want to return it to the store to get a " new one" id rather buy a whole new product

I received the swing as a baby shower gift. I have the whole Sonoma Collection. The swing stop working all most right away. It sounded like it wanted to work but would not swing at all. The customer service at Graco has worked with me a few times in trying to get me new parts so my swing will work, this has failed three times. The wrong motor keeps getting sent. They are now going to replace my entire swing. The unfortunate thing is that it has taken three months to get here. I may not be a fan of this swing but I am a fan of Graco customer service! They have kept trying to fix this issue for me. They have been pleasant ever conversation I've had with them. Their wonderful customer service is what will keep me a fan of their products. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed hoping that the new swing will not have same issue!
