Graco - Kimberly Combo Unit, Espresso

I must say after reading all the reviews on the dresser, it was the very last thing I brought, after weighing serveral other options. I am overall happy with the dresser and it matches my Lauren crib and changing table perfect. I recieved the dresser and it had all parts and no stratches. It was a thousand peices to put together and my hubby was not to thrilled about it. It weighted a ton and he was exhasted after dragging it up the stairs. He is rather a handy man but it took him 5 and 1/2 hours to put this together. The instructions were alright and could have been a lot better. My husband had to modify it to get it all together. It is not a solo mom project at all, especially a single mom. The end result was it is a nice piece but a headache for my husband.

We bought this product thinking it would be very easy to assemble. Every other piece of furniture we had in the nursery was. WRONG!!! First of all half of the holes were not predrilled. Which meant we weren't sure if we were going to drill through other pieces, which we did once. This was not a problem with some because the supplied screws weren't even long enough to go where they instructed them to be placed. All this made no sense when it came to putting on the 50!!! screws that hold on the two particle board back panels. Once it was together I loved it but the whole process I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

My husband and I LOVE this combo unit. We ordered it in Expresso and the color is absolutely gorgeous!!! Not too red and not too dark.....deep cherry color would best describe it. The craftsmanship is beautiful...I LOVE IT!!!! I would definitely recommend this combo unit especially in Expresso.

If you hate instructions, you will not have any fun putting this together. Screws are not labeled "at all" so you better know your different types of screws. The back panel alone has 50 screws so hope you have a electric drill handy or your arms are going to get tired. Instructions are all over the place and worded strange or wrong in some areas. My husband is a sub-contractor by trade and this was his first piece of furniture he has had trouble with. Some of the panels aren't labeled either so be careful. As far as the look and quality wood it's nice. We're having some troubles with one the drawers but we have called the manufacture and they're sending us replacement parts. Just seems like a headache and I would of rather bought a dresser/ changer already assembled for a little more money. It's a pretty piece of furniture just a BIG hassle to put together.

I love the color of this product. We also purchased the matching tall dresser and crib which match perfectly. My only complaint about this dresser is that the brackets that the door should attach to do not line up so my husband had to take them off adjust them so the door would fit on and close.
