I received this travel system as a gift for my now 7 month old daughter at our baby shower. I am very displeased with it. The handle on the car seat will not lay back so that I can easily get her out of it. Also the part of the handle that opens the stroller has quit working. I cannot use the stroller anymore because it will not open. It was so convienent when it was working, I am very upset by this. There should be a warranty for the life of the product. They aren't cheap enough to just replace all of the time. There are no replacement parts to purchase for these issues either!

After a lot of research and debating on what to buy - travel system, infant car seat, or convertible car seat - we settled on the travel system. We are happy with the product, the color is really nice. Only comment, the CHP officer who fixed the car seat said it is an older design because you have to pull on the straps from behind to tighten the belts (and it is difficult to pull them tight). Some of the other brands have like button in the front that you press to release the straps.

The stroller itself is fine except the opening mechanism is bad. Its not easy to use and over the course of 7 months now it became harder and harder to open. It took two hands to get it to work. Yesterday the mechanism stopped working all together. No matter what I did, it would not work properly so I could close the stroller. I had to leave my stroller where I was out in public because I had no other way of bringing it home!

I purchased this system for my son 2 months before he arrived. I loved the price and fell in love with the color combination. I wanted something that allowed the stroller to be able to hold the carseat, so buying a system with both seamed very ideal. The carseat is not very lightweight, it's big and bulky and does not fit in my car very well. and my car is not that little. The headrest on the carseat is not good at all. I ended up purchasing a separate headrest because the one that came with the carseat did not stay in place and my son's head was always flopping around and all slouched to the side. I have yet to find a problem with the stroller. I have used it several times going to the mall with attaching the carseat on to it. The first time, one of the wheels kept veering off to one side. but I brought this up to my fiance and he was able to fiddle with the wheel and he found the problem. other than that the stroller seems good. I will end up keeping this until my son grows out of it but I do wish I had done a little more studying on different carseats rather than picking one for the color/style.
