Graco Sweetpeace Soothing Center

My son is almost 10 months old, and kinda small for his age. We had another swing that was run on batteries and I was so tired of changing the batteries 1-2x a month. they get expensive for 4D batteries! anyway, I just dealt with it. Then, i found out I was pregnant with our 2nd child, so I went on a search for something that i could use for my son that is 10 months old and then will be able to use for the new baby once he/she comes. THIS product was PERFECT for us. I read a ton of reviews before I bought it, but the worst thing I really saw people say was that it was loud. For those that have never had another swing before, it is no louder than any other baby swing. Plus, with he music on, it is drowned out. My favorite features are the MP3 option, and the fact that I can remove the seat and snap a graco infant carrier into it! It is really soft and cozy for my son. He always falls asleep within minutes of laying in this swing. It is also very helpful because my son has a medical condition that requires him to receive a nebulizer treatment 2-4x a day and he'll only allow it when asleep, so the swing really is a life saver with getting him the treatments he needs! MY only complaint is that it is a bit pricier than other swings, but the extra features are surely worth the extra $.

I just got this product today and WOW! Is all I can say. I should have gotten this product 3 months ago. The ease of setup, I had it put together in 5-10 minutes, how easy. It is quiet and runs great. My baby is sleeping without me holding him right now and he has not done that in months. I can finally get something done. The heartbeat and womb sounds he fell asleep to. It is so soft and the swaddle blanket still fit him. He has colic and cries alot. Nothing soothed him, I have gone through 3 different swings, 2 vibrating bouncers and 2 activity centers. This finally got him and I both some quiet and comfort. I also have the graco carseat I intend on using with this item. We are going out of town for Christmas and believe me I won't leave without it.

My daughter is 2 months old and will not fall asleep unless she's in the car or in her swing! The rocking and the sounds of the womb put her right out. I know we'll have to transition to her crib one of these days but this swing has been a lifesaver in the meantime! It plugs in so you're not going thru too many batteries and even without the sounds or music on, it makes a soothing click noise that even relaxes me. We've been using it 12hrs a day for 2 months and it's holding up great.

I purchased this swing for my son who is special needs. He cares for it about as much as he does his traditional swing. I highly recommend it for the healthy baby, but for a child with hydrocephalus it is not recommended. I should have stuck with the traditional style, but am planning to keep it for the birth of my next child. It's nice that it detaches from the base to be a bouncy seat. It also vibrates. My son loves to sit in it and play with the toy and feel the vibration more than to be swinging, but he is an exception. Overall, I highly recommend this product!

This is like a all in one do it all product. I love it! I can hook up my MP3 player and play music for the baby on it which is really cool. And the preset music on this item is really cool. It really has womb sounds on it. WHich actually sounds just like the ultrasound. I am truly amazed and happy with this swing.
