Great Value 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup, 10.5 oz

I used this soup to make a simple pot roast. It did not fail me. The taste and quality compares to brand name Campbell's. The roast was delicious and robust in taste. The sauce rendered after the roast was done was so delicious and did not require additional herbs and spices. I will definitely use this mushroom soup for future recipes. The price is only half the price of brand name counterpart.

The ladies didn't get out of the car I had to unload my merchandise and didn't receive part of my groceries that I ordered I had to unload all my groceries myself it was a worse service I've ever had from Walmart I don't know who the two ladies were but they were very rude I didn't receive cream of celery I did not receive cream of chicken I did not receive coffee I did not receive bacon I did not receive there was something else but I can't remember now

The taste of this product and is okay compared to the recognized name brand, but not an exact match. I use in some easy slow cooker meals and the result with my added seasoning was similar enough. My bigger concern, and reason for reducing to 3 stars is the lack of quality ingredients compared to some competitors. This soup was more artificial and less healthy ingredients than some options out there. For this reason, I may use this if it's my only option for a quick recipe if my only option, but it would not be my first choice.

I find that Great Value condensed Cream of Mushroom soup performs as well as the popular national brand. I do not find it to be excessively salty. If you feel it is, simply adjust the recipe you are making by decreasing or leaving out any salt/salty seasoning blend called for. This is a pantry staple in my home. I recommend it without reservations.
