I usually buy this product with great results but I just went to open milk and it wasn't actually sealed %26 it was sour. It was also delivered really close to sell by date. But, even then unopened I've had milk good for at least 5-7 days. Really sucks because I'm home sick %26 unable to run to store plus it's money down the drain. Literally.
MISLEADING ONLINE LABEL!!! I've been buying this milk for a while now and had selected this fat free one because I THOUGHT it had more protein than the other versions, like 2%. To my UNPLEASANT SURPRISE, I just noticed the protein amount on Walmart's app/website DOES NOT SHOW THE ACTUAL PROTEIN AMOUNT. I noticed that a few days ago when I looked at the fat free milk label in a Walmart Supercenter. The label has a protein amount when we buy in a store, or have it delivered (which is my case) and the protein amount we get from the store is less than the one showed on the product label online (app/website). That, to me, was a very unpleasant realization!
I have purchased milk from Walmart on a regular basis and each time, I get milk that is already expired or expires within a couple of days of my receiving it. I have sent emails advising of the continual problem on several occasions. I vow I will never order milk again, then I break down and order milk again only to be disappointed. When will I learn!
it was expired. But not the first time that's happened to me, I get expired items from Walmart delvery all the time!! And they say you can return, but unless you physicall take something back to store or spend an hopur on hold trying to speak with someone, doesnt happen.
The milk is fine if it's fresh, however, I rarely get it fresh. Even though I requested a fresher date, I end up with one that expired the day of, or a couple days from the delivery date. This seems to be a problem with Walmart milk... Dillons is always fresher. Maybe shoppers need to be educated on how to check dates on milk, and get milk from the back of the milk case.
