I found lots of little splinter looking things mixed with the chia seed that get stuck to the throat's and hurt. When i usually order my chia seeds they arent there.
I think these chia seeds R jus as good as Natural Grocers Chia seeds I use these in my homemade jam to thicken my jam up I also put it in my yogurt with organic coconut flakes n kashi shredded cereal
I really have nothing to say. They are Chia seeds. I've found no difference between the Great Value brand and those I've purchased at health food stores, or been purchased by a friend for me from Amazon.
I actually like another brand's chia seeds better and not sure why they are different. However, these are cheaper and I decided to give them a try. Since they are cheaper and are good, I will definitely put these in my smoothies every day.
this is the first time I've ever bought chia seeds so I don't really know much about it I have eaten some of them in a mixture I concocted that was basically cake frosting. They remind me of poppy seeds.
