I really have nothing to say. They are Chia seeds. I've found no difference between the Great Value brand and those I've purchased at health food stores, or been purchased by a friend for me from Amazon.

I actually like another brand's chia seeds better and not sure why they are different. However, these are cheaper and I decided to give them a try. Since they are cheaper and are good, I will definitely put these in my smoothies every day.
