Great Value Pure Granulated Sugar, 25 lb

I buy this huge bag of sugar because me and my family drink a lot of Kool-Aid it's really nice to have this big bag on hand and only have to purchase sugar once a month or once every two weeks or however often we use it it's just easy to keep it on hand It doesn't go bad I put mine in the trash bag and then I put it in a tote just to be safe there's no bugs it's just as good as the 10 lb bag or the 5 lb bag it's just great quantity for the price you pay.

this bag of sugar is a life saver for my household.we use 2 of these a night. So wgen we run out in our sugar container we dont have to run out to store.

I live in a rural area. I figured the order being from Walmart for Shipping it would be shipped via FedEx - bagged or boxed or something. Nope. Walmart took it upon themselves to have a third party pick it up from the store and leave it outside my back door. No extra bag, not in a box, just as it is in the store. Outside my back door IN THE POURING RAIN. Not on my covered front porch, not inside my covered carport out of the rain. Nope, IN THE POURING RAIN. And because it was sent through a third party for whatever reason, I didn't get a notification it was out there. So am I happy with 25 pounds of lumpy clumpy sugar? No. I'd have gone to the store and got it myself if I could have, which is why I ordered for delivery. I'll get it from Kroger next time.

When we're creating volumes of simple syrup, we like to start with a large quantity of sugar and we find the 25 pound bag of Great Value sugar to be among the best values among all our choices.

It arrived undamaged, pouring it into smaller containers I noticed brown and darker pieces that were simi hard but crumbled under pressure. I think it could possibly be from gummed up from the mixing process. I will use the 50Lbs for hummingbird food and not for human consumption
