Great Value Spring Water, 1 Gallon

I am totally disgusted with this worthless app! Today, I specifically ordered two packages of Thomases whole wheat bagels as part of an order. At the very last minute I got an email stating that they were substituting two packs of the cinnamon bagels, which are not what I ordered! And I cannot find anywhere on this app to decline substitutions. I could not locate it if my life depended on it and I'm tired of getting jerked around by Walmart! I will file a lawsuit and in the meantime, I'll take my business to my Giant market next-door, at least I can get what I want when I want it. This app is nothing but a scam and a bait and switch! I I'm beyond disgusted right now! And also when you search on how decline substitutions I get taken everywhere but what the heck I was searching for! You think you could hide behind an iron curtain and jerk people around guess again! I have other options. You are not gonna give me what I don't want!

the water was fine, it is the container that I have an issue with. I bought this product online and online it showed as a regular gallon jug, but the one I received had a flimsy plastic handle attached at the top. Due to my disability it is impossible for me to pour from that type of jug.

The new packaging is horrible. The jug is square. Do you know how hard it is to pour one-handed with this design? Impossible. The gallon jug (milk jug style) is preferable. Regardless of price, we will be buying something easier to handle. Holding a water bottle while filling is very important.

I buy the water bottle for it handles. I use it for my fertilizer for my plants. The container always get substitute for the handle on the top. This doesn't work for anyone that has problems with their hands. Don't advertise a item that you can't get.

I requested the one gallon jugs of water with the handle (like a gallon of milk) and received a tall one gallon container of water that does not fit in my refrigerator like the one gallon jugs do. I received an item different from the one i requested.
