I always drink out of bottled water, so all i have to do is open my pack of tea I brought along and pour into my bottle. I use great value sugar-free lemonade drink mix 0.14 and Strawberry/watermelon 0.14 drink mix or blueberry 0.14 drink mix in a 20 oz bottle of Sam's 20 oz bottle of water. I try to drink 3 bottles of water every day because this is the only way I can get my water in. I don't drink coffee or tea and am trying to drink water every day instead of sodas. I have had other favorites, but these are the ones I'm drinking now. You can get by with less drink mixes, but I prefer lots of flavor.
