I love this light weight quilt! Antique all the way with 11 different design patterns separately sewn squares. It is also reversible which means two quilts in one. The other side is one pattern design of gold with pink/mauve flowers. I am really happy I purchased this well made quilt. I also purchased the matching shower curtain which I was a little disappointed that it was not as well made but its a keeper.
Everything I expected. Great buy for the money. Just the right thickness for us, good quality, didn't smell, wasn't too stiff. Remember to buy bigger, check your dimensions, this is not a bed spread. I have a queen with high mattress, ordered a King, fits perfect, almost to the floor. Color combos worked for me.
I was so happy with this quilt. It was just what I expected. I wanted it for summer as my comforter was too thick and heavy. This quilt is perfect. It's light weight but not too thin. My cat's hair does not stick to it and her claws don't snag it easily so my little furry friend can continue sleeping with me. The colors are kind of washed out looking which makes it look antique and I love that about it. I bought the king for my queen size bed and almost hangs to the floor on both sides.
Autumn-like colors, very attractive. Not too light or too heavy. I'm menopausal and hot-flashing. I can take the sheet and quilt both on me what with summer now over. I purchased this for its colors, and because others said with a king size on a queen bed you didn't need a dust ruffle. They were right. Ordered the king, and no dust ruffle needed. Looks very much like the picture. If you don't like golds and greens though, think twice. Those colors dominate in this potpourri of color. The all cotton is a sell for me too though. What with hot flashes and night sweats, the last thing I want is non-breathable fabrics or heavy bedding. :)
The colors are amazing; I ordered a queen size for my queen bed and it fits like a comforter which is what I wanted; if you want it to fit like a bedspread; order up a size; the thickness is just right; not too thick and not too thin. I received my order early also.
