Grip Telescopic Rolling Magnetic Sweeper, 30in., Model# 53420

Only giving four stars due to not working that great on uneven ground. Otherwise, magnet works great and is really strong. Just wish the wheels were a bit bigger to manage more rugged (construction) terrain. Probably no different for competing products.

We had a new roof put on the barn and the roofers dropped nails all over the place. They were hard to find as there was hay, rocks, and grass all around the barn. Tried getting them with a small hand held magnet but that was taking forever and was missing alot of them. This sweeper worked great. I could here the nails hitting the bottom of the sweeper as it was picking them up. Thanks.

I would be giving the sweeper a higher rating, but the knock is the condition it showed up in. The cardboard box was a mess, pounds of tape on one end, where it had already burst through. When we assembled the wheels the axil was bent and the wheel aimed off to the right, all very disappointing. Yes, we straightened it out, but I don't pay my guys to fix brand new tools. Works great, but...........

This product works as described. I read the other reviews before deciding to purchase this product. I had a similar product that did not have a strong magnet that I purchased from Harbour Freight. This magnet is more powerful and you can hear the iron nails and screws hit the aluminum bottom.

This rolling magnetic sweeper is great to have around a ranch. I purchased the product for my employer. We'd had wood chips delivered & were finding nails everywhere. Not something you want when you have horses & dogs walking around. The power of the magnet is fantastic. My employer was blown away by all the nails & other pieces of metal being picked up. He had no idea how bad it was until we used the magnetic sweeper.
