GUM Go-Betweens Proxabrush Cleaners Wide

I am 80 years old and lucky to have any teeth left. Those that are left (wisdom teeth gone and three fake teeth now installed in place of three regular ones which were shot) have big spaces between them... so these GUM Proxabrushes are essential in pushing stuff out that's between them. The tooth brushes just can't do that and dental floss doesn't have the brushing effect that the Proxabrushes do. I use the tapered medium, the tapered large and the full cylinder Ultra Wide ones.

My dental hygienist explained why using a Proxabrush plus flossing is more effective than just flossing alone, how it can reach areas between teeth that floss doesn't reach. I feel the Proxabrush is helping me to reduce plaque buildup and chance of developing cavities. Great product.

I use this product each day. I replace the brush filament once a month -- it holds up for about 6 weeks if I wanted to use it for that long. It's well-made and keeps the larger spaces clean that I have between some of my teeth. The price is reasonable, too. An all-around good product. Shipping is fast, too.

With the use of the Gum handle you are able to reach between every tooth to clean the plaque between the teeth. However the brushes are somewhat fragile and do not last very long. But, they are inexpensive enough that you can replace them frequently.
