I have used GUM Proxabrush Go-Betweens for years because I have receding gums and food traps everywhere! I have tried other similar products, including the newfangled disposable brush and handle all in ones, and they just don't get the job done. Of course, YMMV, but these are the best product for me.
Been using them for years! They have been an essential tool in my arsenal to help me keep my gums and teeth healthy for years. My dentist introduced me to them more than 10 years ago, and they have really made a difference in my mouth heath. I absolutely recommend them!!
I used to buy these in the store. I thought they had stopped manufacturing them. I really had to work extra hard to keep my wide spaces between my gums clean. Then I discovered that GUM manufactures them again but only online. They definitely fill the wide spaces. It has definitely cut down on the amount of time I spend cleaning my gums.
This is not my first purchase of the proxabrush go between. In fact I carry the travel size in my purse for when I get food stuck between my teeth. My problem is I don't understand why when you order more than one replacement brush they give you two of the same color. I use two different sizes & it is easier to tell them apart if the brushes are different colors. It would be nice it you could choose the color you wanted. What if there are two people in the same household that uses them? You don't want to get them mixed up do you?
I went to several stores to buy proxabrush refills and they are no longer available even on the GUM website. All they have are these straight sticks that you cannot angle to reach back teeth. Also cannot find a proxybrush handle. Why would you discontinue such a simple extremely important and useful product. Now I have a whole bunch of packets with two brushes in them that my dentist buys to give patients.
