Gumout All-in-One Complete Fuel System Cleaner Additive 10 oz - 510016W

I believe it does exactly what it says it will do: keeps the gunk out of the fuel system so the the car runs smoother getting better mileage %26 fewer problems with the fuel system. ( I have Han NO problems in 70,000 miles). Before I started using it I had to replace fuel injector at about 60,000 miles %26 that is not a cheap procedure!

I chose this brand of fuel system cleaner because my dad always uses Gumout. I liked that this is an all in one cleaner. I don't do much maintenance on my car but I will do this or the kind some gas stations have at the pump. To be honest I can't tell the difference between the two. It's super easy to use.

I really don't know how to review this. The dealership that maintains my vehicle already puts in an additive to my fuel system on a regular basis. My vehicle had about 50,000 miles on it when I used the Gumout fuel system cleaner. I didn't notice any change in vehicle performance or mileage, but that might be a result the the fuel system was already pretty clean because of the other additives that my dealer is using. But for sure, the Gumout had NO negative effects on the vehicle either. Perhaps all things considered, my personal situation was not a very good testing platform. If you are having a fuel system issue, this might help.

Gumout All-In-One Complete Fuel System Cleaner is a great product to clean your fuel system. I used this product in my older vehicle and it seemed to improve performance and fuel mileage. Easy to use, just poured it in the fuel tank and filled with gas. Great all around product that can help extend the life of your motor.

As soon as I got in this Gumout All in One Fuel System Cleaner + Ethanol Treatment my hubby poured it into his work car. The directions state to pour this treatment into an empty or nearly empty gas tank and then fill it up and run it till it's almost empty again to get the most out of it. The shape of the bottle with the long skinny neck makes it easy to pour in without any use of a funnel, which makes it easy to add at the gas pump. This treatment cleaner has carbon clear to clean even the thickness carbon buildup on the intake value and the chamber. It also helps with fuel mileage, fights corrosion and buildup, cleans the whole system and helps reduce wear. Gumout has been around for as long as I've been on this earth, so the name has a great reputation. I feel it's worked, but my hubby's work car didn't have any issues beforehand because we use treatments and cleaners regularly to keep it that way! But considering we have no issues is proof enough. The way we look at it, do prevention with regular cleaners and treatments and you won't have to do repairs!
