Used this in a 2006 Toyota Sienna that we hadn't been driving much due to the pandemic. It's now going to be driven more often by a child going to school. When we drove it across the country it was pretty rough between 3200 and 3500 rpm and the check engine light turned on. We had it checked and they recommended a tune up. Since it had one not too long ago and not too many miles ago we opted to use this the next time we filled up gas (I had it with me planning to use anyway conveniently enough). This seemed to do the trick. It started running better and the check engine light hasn't turned back on so I think it's a win.

I don't know much about cars but after asking my mechanic about my car he suggested running a fuel cleaner through it. I followed the directions on the bottle and filled up my gas tank. It's been a couple days and my car does seem to be running a little smoother.

Got this to add to a fuel tank to clean out the entire fuel system for a car with around 50k miles on it. After the entire tank and this contents were used, I can definitely tell the difference in acceleration and the smoothness of the car running on the same roads same condition. I had emptied the content of the bottle after I had filled up the entire tank with gas and after that just normal driving does the cleaning job with this cleaner in the tank. Definitely will be buying more and adding to my other two cars that have 100k or higher mileage and keep them running.
