works very well, i love the crease maker and the lint brush. comes on quickly and is ready in seconds.

Just picked up my steamer today and I love it. Easy to assemble. Steam begins almost immediately. I put a beautiful crease in my daughter's uniform pants for school and didn't even use the crease tool! I am an office professional and it worked great on my dress clothes. The only thing that could use some improvement, in my opinion, is the drain for emptying the tank. Overall, very pleased!

I researched and this Haan product is awesome. I love it. It actually works!!!!!!! I am glad i got one. I dont have to iron anymore. No need for starch anymore. No ironing board. This design is great and stores well. Just follow directiions on use. It will take a few garments to get use too. All the attachments are great as well. The only problem with this product is when you put the garment on the rack.... And while steaming it you cannot seem to reall get to the vertical middle of the garment bc the long pole is there, however puttin your hands up into the garment and steaming it works. Just make sure to use the heat gloves! i use this product for steaming my king mattress and couches. Practically any garment and it sanitizes well!! Great price great product cheapest at walmart. I hope durability is well. I only had it for one month
