Overall, I believe this water product delivers. the hot water is great but the cold water could be colder.It is a little loud at times.

Gosh, what can I say! I turned it on and the noise it made was very loud and nerve racking. I took it back to Walmart. I ordered another one and if it is also broke then, I will bad mouth Haier water dispensers to all of my friends and customers.

the dispenser is fine and seems to work well a little pricey compared to some others i have seen and the water doesnt seem to get really ice cold but not bad overall.
