Hairitage Down to the Basics Dry Shampoo Spray, Fragrance Free, 4.2 oz (Pack of 6)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Down to the Basics Fragrance Free Dry Shampoo. It works wonders on my fine/thick hair. It not only soaks up oil in-between washes, it adds texture and volume to my styles. Fragrance free is a bonus as it does not clash with other scents I wear. It's an amazing product.

It has a short list of 11 ingredients and does a great job freshening up my third day hair. It doesn't leave any residues or weigh the hair down. Also love the simple design of the packaging! This is definitely one of the best dry shampoo I've ever tried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though my hair tends to look flat & oily within 48 hours of washing it, I have never been big on using dry shampoos. When offered the opportunity to try this Down to the Basics Fragrance Free Dry Shampoo, I accepted in hopes that it would work. Pleased to say that this Hairitage by Mindy McKnight dry shampoo does a really good job of soaking up the oil and leaving my hair looking cleaner & fuller. It really is fragrance free. I appreciate that it's free of things like sulfates and parabens. It is color safe and doesn't strip away the hair color I use to hide my grays. It's made In the USA, which is another plus. The main ingredients of the actual product are rice starch, artic root & volcanic minerals. On the down side, I find it very difficult to press & hold the button on the top of the container, while holding the can 8" to 10" away from my head. It's difficult to press while holding it less than 8" as well. Also not crazy about the fact that it's flammable. The first ingredients on the label are propane, isobutane & alcohol denat. I do give credit for the fact that half the information on the label is safety related because it's flammable. Happy with the product inside the container, but not so happy with some of the ingredients & how difficult it is to press & hold the button down while spraying the product on my hair.
