Handheld Showerhead Installation

I was charged $75 each to “install” two showerheads I purchased from Walmart. These are the most basic, screw-on showerheads that require no tools and take less than one minute to install. I never requested this service, never authorized it, and yet I was billed $150. When I reached out to Walmart, they gave me the runaround and told me to contact Angie's—some company I have never heard of, never signed up with, and certainly never wanted to do business with. Walmart has refused to take responsibility, hiding behind this third-party partner. This is a predatory, misleading practice. Charging $150 for something that anyone can do in 60 seconds is not just absurd—it's exploitative. If this is how Walmart handles “services,” customers beware.

Never received the mobility scooter. FedEx delivered it to someplace in Florida instead of delivering it to Arkansas.. Walmart would not replace it. They said they could only refund and that might take 10 days. In the meantime, I can't get around..

Two men showed up unannounced, absolutely no communication prior to their arrival. They were both very nice but ultimately they failed to install even one of the 2 grab bars. They discovered some unknown material behind the walls of the enclosure that they were unable to drill through. Maybe my shower walls are specially hardened for nuclear attack or something. Again, they were very nice gentlemen , but not able to defeat common building materials.

I must have accidentally clicked on the installation button when I placed an order for the suction-type of grab bars recently. I received an email stating a pro was coming out on a certain day and time. I tried to cancel this appointment, but the system would not let me so there was a phone number available to call the pro installer, which I did, and canceled the appointment. Several hours later the pro installer showed up at my door?? I explained the situation and he was super nice about it and left, saying please let him know if I needed anything for home services in the future. What I don't understand is by clicking on that button why an appointment was scheduled without communicating with me on an agreed day and time instead of sending me an email that the service has been scheduled on this particular day and time. I wonder how many people have to reschedule because the day and time the service had been scheduled for was not convenient for the customer. Also, the item I ordered hasn't even arrived, so even if I did want it installed by the service, it wasn't here to install. All in all the whole thing was odd to say the least.

Difficulty getting out of bed yet this product helps. Has handy caddy pouch attached for easy access to personal items. Sturdy design with two adjustable legs and rail hight options plus anchoring system under mattress.
