I really like this roasting pan. It's made with sturdy foil and the large size can easily hold a big turkey or roast with vegetables. The bottom still needs to be supported when transporting to and from the oven. I used a baking bag inside the pan because I'm feeding a small family and my roast and vegetables would've been spread out too thin. Keeping the pan clean also allows me to use it again for holiday turkey. The foil pan makes cleaning up easier and faster. I was given the Handi-Foil Eco-Foil Large Rectangular Rack Roaster Pan to give my honest review and opinion. This Handi-Foil Eco-Foil Large Rectangular Rack Roaster Pan was much larger than I expected it to be. What I really like about this pan is that it is really thick and sturdy. I dont have to worry about the pan sinking in when I take it out of the oven. What I also like is how deep the pan is. Most pans only allow room for the chicken alone. With this pan I am able to add in my vegetables as well. I would definitely recommend this pan as it is very durable and can be used for many different variety of dishes. The best part is that it is throw away so clean up is a breeze.

As it is too early in the year for roasting a Thanksgiving turkey, this heavyweight disposal aluminum roasting pan can be used for many other duties. When preparing for a cookout, I carry all my uncooked food to my griddle in this pan. Once the food is cooked, I then use the same pan to transport the food to the dinning area. Follow the instructions stamped in the bottom of the pan to prevent accidentally spilling it’s content. Depending on how it is used, it is heavy enough to wash with dish soap and reuse. As with all disposable aluminum pans, it may also be discarded after it’s use.

These are the best thing ever for a holiday dinner. I like this shape because I can put my own rack in the bottom. Once you are done roasting your turkey, you can just throw it away! No trying to get burnt on messes off, no greasy mess. It really is the best!

I love this aluminum foil pan, can be used to to store meals after preperation, easy to reheat meals as the foil can go straight to the oven, can bake breads, cookies in them. Perfects for large family meals such as cookouts, holiday get togethers. Also can be used for storage and organization purposes outside of using them for cooking purposes. Wish it came with the foil lid though.
