Hartz Ear Cleaner for Dogs & Cats with Aloe & Lanolin, 4 fl oz

It's hard enough getting my dog to stay when cleaning his ears, but after using Hartz, and having the whole top of the cleaner bottle explode in his ear, I can't get close to him with any cleaner. Thanks, Hartz. Do you not test your products before you sell them?

It was working well, I heeded the warning to the review prior to this one. It got all the gunk out of my dogs ear but it just exploded on top of the both of us. 

I read the entire bottle before using this product on my dog. Nowhere does it state you should remove the tip under the twist cap or cup a hole in the end of the tip. I proceed to apply pressure to the bottle and the plastic tip shoots off at my dog's face and the cleaner covers me and my dog. Now my dog is terrified of the idea of having his ears cleaning. 

SAME AS THE OTHER COMMENT - When i tried to use it the first time, the top shot off and they were cleaner all over, even in my cat face! This is ridiculous. Dont buy this product, it is cheap and the top will break.
