This is a great car for my 2 year old. Sturdy, and the controller is just right for his hands. Batteries you will need rechargable ones. The tires are soft plastic; they don't damage the furniture inside. It works GREAT on carpet, almost too well as the engine is a little overpowered! If you need an indoor starter r/c car for a toddler, this is a great item!

This toy is awesome, my grandson liked it so much we bought another for another grandson and my grand daughter even asked for one.

it dosn't work unless the remote is touching it, my kid cant even play with it. I wont by another rc from tonka and yes i tried different batterys.
