Havahart Extra Large Steel 1-Door Wild Animal Trap

I happened to have gotten a bad one. I have 3 this size (2 of a different brand) and this Havahart almost seemed like it was deliberately put together poorly. Sides with only one clip holding it and other sides with just piles of clips. Corners open. I had to redo the trap. Of course the door wouldn't trip and had to redo and adjust it. Probably a mad employee, who knows. No problems with the retailer, just with the manufacturer. The screen seems good quality wire though. Just bad building.

Well made trap. Easy to use and to release animals. Very pleased with the trap.unit came fully assembled. No problems . Excellent instruction on use and care of trap. meets all my expectations. Works great!! Really like the catch and release. I have relocated several critters that were ruining my garden. Havahart X-Large 1-Door Animal Trap This trap is easy to use it is large very large I think it can fit 3 large raccoons I am still trying to get a raccoon I put marshmallows in it no raccoon yet but I have on camera 3 of them that tear apart our garbage so I'm hoping to get one soon and take him to the woods and let him go awesome product you will love it much easy to use than I expected and the instructions are very clear.

I already have a small havahart trap but this big havahart trap is great had a bad problem with skunks I keep honey bees and skunks love to eat bees did not want to hurt the skunk just want to relocate but you can catch different kinds of animals in this trap I love the way the trap is made bate it set the trap and leave it come back the next day and check it when the animal triggers the trap its in there and cant get out and its really humane the animal doesn't get hurt and you don't get hurt but always when picking the cage up wear thick leather gloves or cloth cause they can still scratch you I like using a old moving blanket with a slit cut in the center so the handle will come through the slit it purvides less stress on the animal also what ever you bate the cage with is food for the animal until the humane society or animal control can come and pick it up I also like to hang a water bottle on the side of the trap like for a hamsters cage never open a trap and try to feed a wild animal leave this to the professionals now for some of the features the trap offers it has a one door design spring loaded for a secure catch heavy gage galvanized steel makes this trap escape proof has a top carry handles front top and middle of trap bate hook foot trigger release this is a well made well design trap the best one I have owned and do recommend it if you have a problem with small or large animals thanks

This Large animal trap can be used for medium to large animals. It is made of heavy duty stainless steel squares with small squares. Catches squirrels, small dogs, bobcats, without harming the animals. Would recommend to anyone For animal control to get rid of pesky animals on your property.
