Excedrin has never worked for me and made things worse. I thought maybe this new line was different, but it makes no difference and I don't prefer to drink it. It might help out you to sleep but it's not going to give rid of a rocking headache

I take it when I'm ready to wind down but can't quite relax, whether it's due to a headache or just restlessness. It relaxes me just enough that I can settle down for the night but not so much that it will knock me out and leave me feeling drowsy the next day like melatonin pills.

Every time I have used it my headaches have actually gotten worse as it died down and turned into a full migraine. It does have the best flavor of the drinks.

This came right on time and I couldn't wait to try it since I was tired of taking melatonin gummies or pills. The flavor for this wasn't too bad, not crazy strong, but it was there. But I fell asleep pretty quickly so I have to say this definitely helped. I wouldn't say to use this every night, but on those nights when there's nothing that will work, then at least have this available. It works
