These knives are a pleasure to use. They feel sturdy and are very sharp. The knife block is much larger than I expected. Could be a problem in a smaller kitchen.
These knives are awesome! Ive always wanted a set of Henckels knives. They slice through meat like butter. They are beautiful and sturdy. I love that they are "self" sharpening. This was a great purchase!
I'm disappointed that the scissors had some rust when they arrived-I noticed after the box was gone and the family had already began using the other knives so I didn't know if returning was a possibility. Some of the other knives have also started to develop some spots with rust- it's only been a month or so since purchase. For the price I thought I'd be getting quality but it seems these will need to be replaced again- not thrilled.
Knives are very thin. My old knives from Cuisinart were better. The only thing I like is the self sharpening holder. Very disappointed but you get what you pay for. It was a good price on sale.
These are decent knives, but not the quality I was expecting. These are made in China and are not German- forged steel. The knife block is very large and takes up a lot of counter space. Most slots do have built- in sharpeners, but the knives sit in the slots very loosely. The price was very reasonable so I'll keep these for now and upgrade later on.
