Hers Step Machine

The mini stepper is a great little machine. It is light and easy to move to wherever I want to exercise. It was easy to assemble (not much to do), and although I have not got the hang of using the bands while stepping, I like the fact that they are there so you can work out the arms as well as the legs. The screen allows you to check calories burned, steps made, and time spent on the machine. I would recommend it as a simple home exercise machine.

This stepper is great. It provides cardio, strength and resistance. The bands are really toning my arms. It is small and easy to move around. It provides a good all around workout in short period of time. I highly recommend it.

I love this stepper. My husband bough it for me in '07, just using it for 10mins (1000 steps) a day I started to see and feel the resulats within the first week of using it. I was even able to use durring my last pregnency and it really helped to keep me at a healthy wieght. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an easy fun workout. The only negitive thing I can say is it can be hard on the knees, but as I see it so is running.

i have owned this product for only three weeks. i was really enjoying the workout. then suddenly while i was exercising the cable connected to the pulley snapped a loose from the original connection. i now have to wait for impex to send me another cable. i have been using this product everyday. i asked impex customer service rep if this was going to happen all the time, they said it should not. i am disappointed that this has happened.

This product was much better then I thought it would be. It is very strong and works really well. The workout has been very good so far and the resistance bands add an extra kick to it. If you want an inexpensive stepper, this is a good choice to consider.
