[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids enjoyed making this. It was one of the easier gingerbread houses that we've done. They loved the candies. There's plenty of frosting and colored gel to really get into it if you like. The kids said it tasted sour but yummy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the packaging was cute and colorful. Everything came sealed and nicely packaged. The freshness and taste of the product was ok not horrible or amazing. The texture of the gingerbread house and ingredients was ok too. The gingerbread was stale. The frosting wouldn't stick and the piping bag wasn't easy to use unless you put all your strength into it. Aside from that everything was ok. My children had a blast putting it together although it was a little difficult for them. They loved using all the different colors and textures on it. Thank you INFLUENSTER and Sour Patch Kids for the opportunity to try this product and just in time for Xmas.

You get the sweet of the white icing and shortbread/sugar cookies, and the sour from the candies, and it makes for a fun activity (that turns into a snack!) I docked a star because it is difficult to put together. The icing just didn't hold very well for my kids, but I don't know that they'd be able to do that with any gingerbread house kit to be honest. I would probably purchase this one in stores because of the fun theming and cute camper design of the cookies.

This Sour Patch Kids Holiday Cookie Camper Create A Treat Kit was SO MUCH FUN! The colored icings were even flavored along with the plain sweet white “glue” icing. The extra sour snowy crystals to sprinkle on top were both hysterical to watch everyone eat and also an extra pretty detail for this wintery craft.
